Tried to enroll to check credit card balance,etc. Keeps going to online banking option, won't stay on options list!
Customer service is terrible. Been with them for over 40 years.
Approval rate is low and I’ve been banking with this bank for 15 yrs. I think I’ll move my monies else where!
I've been a member for at least 30 years. I can always depend on the credit union assisting me when needed.
