Just the absolute worst Point of sale system I could imagine using on a daily basis. Glitches all the time, not able to access our own data sources, they don't send the reports we need in a timely fashion, consistently run into issues with pricing being off, and reservation issues. For example, for us to scan a patron coming into the fitness center to workout, our staff member has to click three things before it gets to the proper screen for it to validate the membership.
