I’ve been a resident of Grand Prairie for four years, and unfortunately, my experience with Republic Services has been consistently disappointing. In my previous city, waste management was handled by WM, and the difference in service quality has been stark. In our neighborhood, which borders natural reserves and hosts a lot of wildlife, residents have repeatedly requested that trash be collected early in the morning to prevent birds from tearing open bags and scattering waste.
