Recently I have noticed long lines in the Farmington branch with only two tellers helping members. I understand that membership is growing. Is there plans to open a new location in town? I ask employees about the number of teller and they seem to say the same thing. People call in sick all the time. Could this be a leadership problem, low morale or both.
