Hate is a strong word. But I HATE this branch. Always locking my accts for NOTHING!!! Can’t process my transactions right/or my check deposits. You can’t REACH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. I’m currently writing this while I’ve been waiting TWO HOURS to get a hold of someone. At the end of a whole process you get through to “fix” whatever issues u have they STILL have you come into the branch to get it done. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS BRANCH I HATE IT !!!!! I CANT EVEN GET THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE SO I CAN REMOVE MY ACCT W THEM.... read more
Worked with Chauntel on my auto loan and it was an amazing experience. She looked a little young but she assured me that she's been with the credit union for five years. Her expertise shined through the inter action as she explained the application process and answered all my questions. And I ask A LOT of questions! She was so patient and her empathy made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. I look forward to working with her again in the future!
