Tried to open a checking account to add to my savings account. Had a rude teller no name tag so I can’t say who. Brought a paycheck said it would be on hold because I didn’t have a paystub. I been receiving these in my saving account. I closed out all my accounts. Get better workers with better attitude.
I wish I had switched to a credit union years ago...us eagle has helped and guided me to achieve a high 7's credit rating when I started out with no credit in a 2yr. period.
Absolutely abhorrent customer service from Bethany. I was trying to help my mother make a deposit to her account and the branch manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, going so far as to openly mock my mother and requiring her to come into the branch to make a simple deposit. My mother just had hip replacement surgery and has a difficult time moving. This has never been an issue previously.
