Very professional and courteous. The clerk knew what he was doing, and didn't rush me around. Explained everything I needed help with.
If I could give a zero, I would. Absolutely horrible card security. I have had my card compromised 3 times in 13 months. When this happens you have to go into a branch and wait for a long time to get a replacement. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT! They have a very disorganized and ineffective card security/fraud department. If you see an unfamiliar charge and call to have the payment stopped or investigating they DO NOTHING FOR YOU. They say they have no control over this and the only option is to cancel your card!!!!!
