They are horrible to deal with they say they will be refinancing then never contacted you back
They withdrew my account $10 each month for inactivity. We are in a pandemic right now, and I work from home which is over 33 miles south of Albuquerque. I don't come into town as we're supposed to stay home per our Governor. Today in the mail I got a 0 balance statement. Wow US Eagle, pretty sh@ty to do to people during this trying time. True colors come out during times likes these. I am glad I did not move all of my banking over to them. This was a test run to see if I liked them. We have banked with these guys for over 10 years. The people are not very flexible Do not get behind ever. Upon completion of my business with them I will not use them or recommend them to anyone. Save the heartache. New buildings will not change the ugly this bank represents. They are BAD for Albuquerque.
These people are so greedy. There making almost impossible for my 88 year old mother to get her money. All she wants to do is transfer it to her bank in another town. She can't travel can't see to write and can't hold a conversation on the phone and these idiots are giving her a horrible time. They should be ashamed of themselves.
