With some motivation from Corey I have an old nagging knee injury back to 100% in only 1 month. I also used red light therapy at home and some personal icing at home. He recommended both
Cory is great and understanding to individual needs. Also the red light therapy machine works better than any other that I know of in the valley.
What an amazing experience. We were in town for a few days and were interested in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Corey, the owner, was very accommodating and we were able to set up a few treatments. The facility has the soft 1.4 atm chamber. The space was wonderful, everything was clean and very calming. Corey explained everything and was on the ball, even when juggling multiple clients. Could not have had a better experience. Will be returning when we are back in the area. Thanks again!

Wow! Cryotherapy at this lovely spa was perfection and Corey is a wonderful and warm host. Highly recommended! I feel a number of things after my first visit - emotionally uplifted, energetic, and calmer (that's a big deal for me). An hour later I still had blood-flow energizing my legs, pleasant feeling and this circulation was really needed. Now at 2.5 hours later I feel peaceful, actually "happier" and looking forward to a good sleep! I'll be doing cryo 3 x per we. 🪷
