I have been a member of the US Community Credit Union since 2011. It has been a wonderful experience. The people who serve me always have been very polite and efficient. I miss seeing Pam and Sandra. Both of them were very nice and always willing to help me with anything that I needed. I appreciate everyone working at the US Community Credit Union.
The man at the desk acted like he didn't know who I was.
Worst customer service of ALL TIME!!! Just closed my account because of the extreme rudeness and lack of anything remotely coming close to customer service. The worst of all is Wendy. She should be fired. I’m appalled.
