I don’t understand why every time I go to the Lebanon branch drive through, I wait 15-20 minutes for every transaction. This was the case before Covid and even worse now. They have the worse service and like a bank charge for everything. I thought there were benefits to banking with a credit union. I can’t say there are any benefits to banking with this credit union. 07/06/20 got in line at 4:11 finish at 4:32 for a single check deposit
Good service
Been with this Bank since 2008. I like the Lebanon Branch so much I’ve been known to order Pizza and bring sweet treats. It has that hometown feeling.
I've banked with USCCU for almost 10 years. It's a great place. Everyone is extremely helpful, polite and respectful.
