Unfortunately I do not recommend this bank to anyone. I held my account there for 7+ years and over that time customer service was very subpar, as well as if someone told you something on the phone it wasn't true the only time it was right was if it was in writing and even then information was hidden. Multiple ＄3 "paper fee" for mailing out statements which were never received as well as the fees being inconsistent (was every month, sometimes every 2 months one time it was 4 months) even after signing a sheet of paper opting... read more

Yes, I will come here over ANY other bank because of the pipcorn. But the staff is also nice and shared branching ROCKS!!!
