I’ve been with y’all for years and the customer service truly gets worse and worse. This place needs to shut down
The customer service at this bank is extremely poor. Employees seem more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers. We waited for an extended period while staff engaged in personal conversations. I strongly recommend considering other banking options."
I'm about to pull all of my money from this credit union. They closed branch locations, online banking, and the mobile app at the end of this past month and beginning of this month. I get my disability at the beginning of the month which I need to be able to access at the beginning of the month, and now I also can't pay rent or bills. They could have done this at any time during the month, but they chose to do it at a time they should have known is a time that many people have rent and bills due.
