Doesn't pay for work that contractors do for him. I did all his snow removal at Bulls and Bears that took about 45 minutes a piece, plus going back to them. Still hasn't paid the owner of the Company I worked for.
Don't ever work for this guy or take any advice from him. Doesn't pay contractors for the work they do on his properties and then tries to get the bills dismissed when served in court.
