I had an awful experience getting biometrics done here. The appointment time was for 9 am but apparently the internet was down so by the time I got there they didn’t even do any of the 8am appointments. Didn’t get my biometrics until close to 10:30 and the lady doing them was really rude.
I have my Naturalization Interview scheduled for today. I was feeling quite anxious, especially with the long wait beforehand adding to my nerves. However, I was fortunate to have Officer Mann conducting my interview. His friendly and kind demeanor put me at ease, making the whole experience feel less like an interview. I am grateful for Officer Mann's professionalism.
