I went to the San Jose office 3 years, for my biometrics, staffs exercise excellent service all kudos to them when you walked in, checked in and waiting area. We need to be polite and kind ourselves walking into a sensitive office like the USCIS federal office. They have every right to turn you away...you know what that means or if worse comes to worse they might detain you. You better attend your USCIS appt with a good attitude yourself.
