They were once ok to work with but they have a few new rude employees that I will not waste my time with. They assigned me closings then call me up to say they're lowering the fee. One girl is extremely rude and to top It off, they lied on one of my reviews and said I only use a phone camera scanner ( I have a professional grade desktop and portable scanners). If I could give them a zero or negative I would notary agents. Please be aware of this company. They pay you two months later and not what you deserve. They paid me for a trip fee $15 after I went to the clients home after being confirmed with two sets of documents And then they said they were at the hairdresser so they could not sign. After going back-and-forth with this company, they stated they would pay me this minimal fee and it took them over 2 1/2 months .
It’s April 2nd 2025, I still have not been paid for a signing on 12/30/2024. Stay away.
Fellow Signing agents do not work for this company! Absolutely horrible. I dealt with a very vindictive, snarky, and combative employee at this company. I had three signings on the peninsula. I took their order last minute. I contacted their client to confirm the appointment but was unable to reach them. So I proceeded and printed the docs before heading out for my other appointment. This is 4/22/2024 and I have still not been paid for a signing completed on 2/18/2024. Completely unresponsive after two requests for payment.
