Fellow Signing agents do not work for this company! Absolutely horrible. I dealt with a very vindictive, snarky, and combative employee at this company. I had three signings on the peninsula. I took their order last minute. I contacted their client to confirm the appointment but was unable to reach them. So I proceeded and printed the docs before heading out for my other appointment. This is 4/22/2024 and I have still not been paid for a signing completed on 2/18/2024. Completely unresponsive after two requests for payment.
I wish I could give this company negative stars. I am an Army Veteran with PTSD but I have been working as a notary for 5 years. My business page has 80 reviews with 4.9 stars. I made a mistake on a home loan and I’m sorry that happened, but as humans we all make mistakes including surgeons etc. One or more employees from Certified Signers was calling and texting incessantly the next day when I was working my other job as a substitute teacher.
