The instructor I had was very nice, and very patient with me trying to get through Medical Transcription and Editing. Student services are not to be trusted. After completing my course, I now want to take the national certification exam to become registered. I noticed on the school website it says that the certification exams in included in the tuition. I enquired with the instructor who passed the information onto Student Services who then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay for the exam then they would reimburse ... read more
