Stay away from them. They took all my information, I gave them all they listed. They kept on asking for endless information, and even ended up threatening me with additional charges after paying them so much on fees. They promised to do my US and Canadian income Taxes, but they didn't do them at all . I got another guy who charged me 1/4 of what I paid them. Communication was zero. Once they take your money the service and communication drops to zero. I still want my money back before I go public with CBC.

Company didn’t reply to website enquiry. Called and they said to put another in. Got one email reply. Then after two follow ups never received any more follow up. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t waste your time.
Be aware outrageous fees, $300 / 30 min just to confirm that she can help me. Won't talk to you completely ridiculous. Complete waste of time. Stay away.
Lily and her team went above and beyond to help with my and my friends' complicated tax return. She explained every question to me thoroughly and in a manner that I understood. No more headache! Also, the fees we pay are reasonable compared to the market. Would highly recommend Lily's accounting team!
