TLDR: Broken mirror sent 3 times, bed took ~2 months, delivery professional and back office rude. We placed an order for a bed on May 24, during which the salesperson—without us even asking—volunteered that a full container of items was in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Love this store! I've bought almost all my furniture in my house from US Brands over the past 5 years. Huge selection and a beautiful showroom. Sales staff is always friendly and helpful - not pushy.
