I had a reallly bad experience here, they just check all my luggage and they did it in front of all the people, I was the only Latin on the bus and they told me I was so suspicious, after that I realize they stole some things from my luggage, so overall in here they’re so racist and they stole and destroy your things, I really wouldn’t like to return here

had to go to Canadian entry to drop some paperwork. turned around to enter the US side (i never even entered Canada). They ripped my brand-new pickup apart did sever damage, they stole change, all of my paperwork, fishing license, discover pass, registration, insurance, they stole keys out of my truck. I am a us citizen clean I don't do drugs or drink I follow every letter of the law. This is outrageous I'm filing a tort claim. criminal thieves

I went there with my fiance to ask for an extension of my visa waiver. We drove 4.5 hours and they wouldn't even let us inside the building. They let us wait outside and both officers were very rude and arrogant. To tell us the news, they came outside, laughing about something and then casually telling us that i was denied an extension. I understand that they might not have had control of allowing me to stay or not.
