It was the worst service and most unpleasant dealing with one of the movers. I only had a bed, a dresser and a few items to move from my mom’s apartment to my house as my mom recently passed away. As soon as the movers started to pack my items, a mover, Mohamad, asked me if where we are moving to have an elevator. I told him it’s a house and there’s no elevator. My move was very smooth and the movers moved fast and were very professional! Will definitely refer to others!!
Even though they worked quickly, they still handled my belongings with care and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free.
2 days after the blizzard, USBest moved my belongings with no damage. They were methodical and everything went smoothly. Good people!
