I am homeless due to false police reports and a victim of identity theft. This Branch did not show an ounce of discrimination or prejudice against me even though I smelled and they know I have been homeless on the street for 5 years in Saint Paul. 5 stars!!!!

Sonny Le a US Bank client service representative did an amazing job walking me through a difficult wire transfer to England and helping me with many other aspects of my account that needed updating. I would highly recommend asking for Sonny Le if you need some assistance at US Bank Highland Branch. He is not only very informed but a kind and patient individual. US bank is lucky to have him as an employee
My banker worked with a banker from another bank to seamlessly transfer my IRA from this other bank to U.S. Bank so I could open an account with U.S. Bank. My banker is knowledgeable and smart and did a great job.
Amazing. Friendly Customer Service. Everyone we saw was friendly and helpful. Spent the morning talking to Ramesesson (Sonny) about things we had no idea about. He was amazing.
