There is no excuse for the ridiculously long wait times for drive-up service. This location is particularly awful.
Awesomely bad customer service and I plan to move my money to another financial institution as soon as possible. This bank is so unhelpful it is amazing to me that anyone banks here. Edit: it is primarily the phone customer service that is appalling. I spent 14+ hours speaking with over a dozen people trying to accomplish one simple task: open a joint Savings Account with my wife.
