I spoke a woman on the phone and she was very professional and polite and we communicated together to delete an extra check account i had and said come in to sign closure paperwork then allowing me to put $20 towards the opening deposit. Make sure you pay the $25 opening fee or else you wont get a debit card till then.

Don't trust them with your business account. They will charge you fees for no reason and can't even communicate wire transfer information. Their people don't have appropriate professional training. Particularly Ginger and Steve are great time wasters.
