On September 26,2025 I had them look at a 100 dollar bill that kept being turned down. They confiscated the money and told me they have it sent off to find out if it was real or fake they said it normally takes about a week. Week passes I went in there to ask bout it they said it's indeed fake... May 2026, they informed me the bill was not fake and that I would have it returned to me. That's some time to be ill informed about money being fake or not.
Always have to wait 15+ minutes at drive through or in the lobby. Staff seems nice but clearly never staffed properly.
Nothing has improved at this location. Im sitting in the drive up- only car here- one check to deposit. I've been here 25 minutes.
Wow! This branch locatuon is a nightmare. Be prepared to spend 20 to 30 minute to complete a routine transaction. My first visit to this location was a 20 minute wait to cash a check. No other customers that were keeping the tellers busy, it just took a liesurely 20 minutes to complete one of the most basic functions of a teller. Just left from my second visit to this branch. This location is absolutely horrible, they are always short staffed and generally have one person doing drive thru as well as lobby customers. The manager is rude and impersonable as if it is not her fault. This branch has completely fell off since new management has taken over. I go here for work purposes and it is always the same. I would never use this location for personal banking.
