This location is absolutely horrible, they are always short staffed and generally have one person doing drive thru as well as lobby customers. The manager is rude and impersonable as if it is not her fault. This branch has completely fell off since new management has taken over. I go here for work purposes and it is always the same. I would never use this location for personal banking.
Ive been trying to get in contact with the bank and nobody answers the phone its like they send you to voicemail or automated system telling you they are sorry for not answering the phone. I will not bank here anymore if this keeps happening i need to speak to someone about my account and they do not want to answer the phone!
I bank here for my company, so unfortunately I am forced to come here but I have been coming here for over a year for my company for DAILY deposits and I swear every day it gets worse and worse. The line was so long Friday, that I was forced to leave and not make my daily deposit and get much needed change. The wait times are no less than 45-1 hour... and then the newer people ask me to join them with banking. I've told them flat out, I WOULD NEVER bank here. This is the worst bank I've ever deal with. 🤬
This is the worst-managed U.S. Bank branch I have encountered. Chronic understaffing during peak hours has made even routine transactions unacceptable. I waited over 20 minutes inside the branch without service, ultimately leaving and driving 10 minutes south to the Kenosha location, where I received prompt, professional service—consistent with my experiences at every other U.S. Bank branch.
