Very convenient and cereal location in Racine.
Terribly long waits. Waited over 35 minutes with grandchildren in the car, only to be told I could do this on-line... not in any mood to hear a sales pitch. Teller ended up sending my deposit back for no reason... I left angry. Wend back the next day and waited AGAIN! This time the teller made my deposit with no questions or sales pitch.
Need more employees they moves slow they be doing to much talking less work to get to next person in line and they be trying on busy days
Need to get more tellers. Waiting 1 hour in line is ridiculous. Just to deposit money.
