very friendly, helped me open a new account in under 20 minutes.
Drive through is the slowest I've ever seen in my life! Terrible!
I would never recommend this branch to anyone!!! Long waits!!! Tellers act clueless!!! Only one atm and Branch in the whole county!!! And will charge you a fee for going to free Kwik Tripp atm services due to theirs not working. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone!!!! They don’t deserve it one star
US Bank treats me great and the employees at my branch are super friendly and knowledgeable.
Editing my original review. After speaking to Paul in customer support it would appear this ATM has an issue with an update made to this machine that is causing the frequent 'unavailability' Paul was very kind, and contacted ATM services and someone is heading out to fix a it again. While still very frustrating that the machine is breaking down so frequently (it's the only one in less than a 30-45 min drive from my home.) I do appreciate that he was able to tell me why.
