Unfortunately I have to comment on this branch because US Bank doesn’t have a way to review them as a whole. What a nightmare. I’d rather have another round of kidney stones or a dry socket than to deal with their “customer service” I’m so overly friendly and patient because I know service workers don’t want to be there as much as I don’t want to be. But truly, what a nightmare, I’d rather have my teeth pulled than go through this again. I’m grateful it’s just a prepaid card. And I plan on just withdrawing the money next tim... read more
