I bank here for my company, so unfortunately I am forced to come here but I have been coming here for over a year for my company for DAILY deposits and I swear every day it gets worse and worse. The line was so long Friday, that I was forced to leave and not make my daily deposit and get much needed change. The wait times are no less than 45-1 hour... and then the newer people ask me to join them with banking. I've told them flat out, I WOULD NEVER bank here. This is the worst bank I've ever deal with. 🤬
This is the worst-managed U.S. Bank branch I have encountered. Chronic understaffing during peak hours has made even routine transactions unacceptable. I waited over 20 minutes inside the branch without service, ultimately leaving and driving 10 minutes south to the Kenosha location, where I received prompt, professional service—consistent with my experiences at every other U.S. Bank branch. I went to the drive thru spent about 30m waiting for a deposit to be made. Lost my patience after 25m and called in only to be told it would be another minute. They make the inside customers a priority the windows are blocked so you can’t even see if they have customers inside. Mind you there was no one walking in or out between those 30min.
