I’m giving one star because of my experience with Anna. This was my second time dealing with her, and unfortunately, I had another negative experience. She was yelling and behaved as though helping customers was not part of her responsibility. I have dealt with other staff members here, and they have all been nice, respectful, and helpful. I made a $700 cash deposit at the ATM. Received a receipt for $600 attempted deposit. Went inside and was told to file a dispute. When filing the dispute it takes 10 business days to get a temporary credit. The bank says the ATM machines are owned by a third party. How can a bank not own its ATM machines? Stay clear of US Bank in Auburn.
I become reliant upon atm machines to deposit money, but they've been breaking And eating my checks and messing things up.So now I go in person. The people there are very nice.
Everyone was friendly, and the customer service was excellent.
Worst customer service ever, I just canceled my account with them today
