We came in at about 4:30 and were able to open an account. Samim was great and did a great job. We had a good experience
I went in to simply buy coins from them and they turned me away because I didn’t have an account with them so I went to Chase, which I don’t have an account with either, and they where able to serve me NO problem. I thought this was pretty dumb and petty and gives me more reason to never bank here. I recommend you don’t either.
After 9 years work with us bank, they cant even increase debit purchases more than $9k One of the worst branch.
Went to update my account, stood inline for about 10 mins get to the window I get ask to take a seat for a banker I asked how long it would take I was told five mins. Then after five mins was told to leave and I had to have an appointment. Waste of time and not helpful.
This is unbelievable bank I had ever have. First time I drove down there with my daughter want help her open kid account, I have been told I had to do online(not busy time). Second time same guy, I got my social security number, I run there update my social security number, after 5 months I got a letter said I had to give them social security number. I went to Bonny lake and Kent , they are much busier, and super nice, they told me any time bring my daughter there can help me. The most funny is I called and talk to their man... read more
