This is unbelievable bank I had ever have. First time I drove down there with my daughter want help her open kid account, I have been told I had to do online(not busy time). Second time same guy, I got my social security number, I run there update my social security number, after 5 months I got a letter said I had to give them social security number. I went to Bonny lake and Kent , they are much busier, and super nice, they told me any time bring my daughter there can help me. The most funny is I called and talk to their man... read more
Worse place to visit. Manager even do care about the customer needs. Was there just to have some coins and was refused. I am Having business with bank since 10 years. I have not met with such rude manager and one of employee.
Understaff. Drive thru closed. Extremely slow.
