I've been with US Bank for years and never had to go to a different branch for a simple domestic wire transfer from any branch! Only this Auburn branch did! Well, that's a second reason for me to move away from US Bank, besides their super slow app.
I went to the bank on Saturday and they told me they couldn't help me, that I had to make an appointment, or that they simply didn't know when I could make an appointment. And I just wanted to open a bank account; I was going to get my first debit card.
We came in at about 4:30 and were able to open an account. Samim was great and did a great job. We had a good experience
I went in to simply buy coins from them and they turned me away because I didn’t have an account with them so I went to Chase, which I don’t have an account with either, and they where able to serve me NO problem. I thought this was pretty dumb and petty and gives me more reason to never bank here. I recommend you don’t either.
