Do not open a business account at this location. The banker not only voided my $500 bonus offer by funding it (Branch Acct Xfr Wdl) from my personal account telling me it was ok to do but I also got hit with a fee on the money market account when I was told there would be no fees.

I'm going to echo another review that was left, Patricia (Branch Manager, Assistant VP) is so professional and very kind. She has helped me so much during a time that was very stressful for me and was always able to problem solve immediately.
Banks are suppose to monitor you funds right? Not US Bank. Don't trust them at all I'd rather keep my cash under my mattress. Now I owe them a couple grand because a system error? Just doesn't sound right.
