I have banked here for years. A teller at the window has recently been so unprofessional. If you find yourself being petty with people simply because you have "control" of who and how you serve customer/ client perhaps you should remember you chose this job, I just bank here but I can take my business elsewhere and you can belittle whosoever you chose. Great job.
Why can a scammer so easily open a savings account in someone else's name? And when the affected person calls to have that account closed, which they DO NOT WANT, this bank refuses to close it until the affected person submits hundreds of papers proving they were impersonated by a scammer? Why doesn't this bank help the affected person by closing the account quickly so that other citizens aren't scammed?
Worst bank I’ve ever had charged me 5 fees for some things that don’t even make sense and the manager refuses to help me! When I contacted the customer support team for help I was told there was a glitch in the system something the manager could have easily looked into for me but refused too. Don’t bank here
The most difficult bank to set up for anytime pay. You're app won't let you pass after reading policies.
