Great, friendly service!
US Bank will have you buy checks then cancel your account, the bank clerks are rude, oh and they cancel your accounts without any acknowledgement, which also costs the customer extra dollars.
I would like to start by thanking the bank manager, Shirley Encinias. She went way and beyond and took care of all our banking accounts and needs.. Very professional and knowledgeable. Her employee Denise also took very good care of us excellent customer service. The whole branch cares about their customers and banking needs. We are truly happy with this bank! I have banked here for years. A teller at the window has recently been so unprofessional. If you find yourself being petty with people simply because you have "control" of who and how you serve customer/ client perhaps you should remember you chose this job, I just bank here but I can take my business elsewhere and you can belittle whosoever you chose. Great job.
