I have always appreciated the help that Angela at the Mexico branch has given to me. However, I am unhappy that I cannot contact any of the employees at that branch to ask any questions I may have about my account. I don't live in Mexico, but it is the closest branch to my town, and I think that "corporate" is the reason customers are unable to reach the bank employees. Got to the bank at 4:50 & they refused to deposit my check because they were closed when they close @5pm. Awful customer service.
I have banked with this bank for years. I move here and can't even deposit money in my account because the hours make zero since.may have to change banks. I can't deal with a part time bank.
This bank lacks the professionals that it takes to run a bank. They do not inform you of policys that are in place and due to that now my grand children are going to be homeless. So as far as im concern they r theifs themselves so if you have an account here close it soon and if your thinking of opening one dont. And stay clear of the branch in Mexico Mo because they fail to inform you of important details and then get upset when you want them to do their job.
