I would’ve given negative stars if it was an option. Interaction with the branch manager was never good from my two experiences. She seems pretty careless about any customers. I asked for a document with specific statement and was told there was nothing they could do. I stopped by another branch and they were able to give me a document to serve a similar purpose for my request. Looking into the available templates she had was not something she would do. Understand the branch is smaller. However, from a recent business owner at least greet someone if they are waiting for your service. Waited over 10 minutes without an employee saying a word. I’ll choose another branch in the future.
I’m banking with US Bank since 1997. I went to Lakeside hills branch (inside Bakers) today to have my quit claim deed notarized, a lady at this branch says quit claim deed is not in a acceptable format for them to notarize. I downloaded the deed form from Douglas county register of deeds (approved for all counties in Nebraska) but she refused to do it. I went to another US Bank branch, they gladly notarized. I think this lady at Lakeside just doesn’t want to work. I had another bad experience in the past with this branch.
Vine con un cheque de $14K y no pueden cambiarlo a efectivo, tampoco por ser sábado no pueden abrir una cuenta. Que clase de entidad bancaria es esta? Por lo mismo no tengo cuenta en este banco ni jamás tendré!!! No sirven
