I have never stood in line here for less than 45 minutes to make a simple deposit.
Worst Branch. Worst Bank. Worst Staff. They will charge you fees if you don't pay attention to your statement. NEVER BANKING WITH THEM AGAIN.
I would be absolutely horrified if a branch I ran had wait times like they do here! Today was the worst interaction by far. Pulled up and sent in my deposit, no other cars in the drive thru, waited and waited, tried the "call" button- no response. Waited over 20 minutes as I didnt want to drive away with out my check and deposit slip. Tried to call into the branch twice and no answer.
