Was thinking about an experience I had at this branch several years ago, forgot to post about it at the time. Went in with my buddy to see if he could sign over his check to me and me have them cash it. They treated me kind of odd and then declined to help me. Which was weird. I was a customer. We leave and are down the road at the library when we’re approached by officers who wanted to search my car because the bank reported us as being suspicious. I have never stood in line here for less than 45 minutes to make a simple deposit.
Worst Branch. Worst Bank. Worst Staff. They will charge you fees if you don't pay attention to your statement. NEVER BANKING WITH THEM AGAIN.
I would be absolutely horrified if a branch I ran had wait times like they do here! Today was the worst interaction by far. Pulled up and sent in my deposit, no other cars in the drive thru, waited and waited, tried the "call" button- no response. Waited over 20 minutes as I didnt want to drive away with out my check and deposit slip. Tried to call into the branch twice and no answer.
