I have found the team at this location to be friendly and very helpful for all services. It's clean and the free coffee/hot chocolate doesn't hurt when I have the kids with me.
Came to this location today hoping to speak with a banker. The entire location was closed. No reason as to why posted. Even the drive thru was closed. I also called to be sure. Online it says this location is open. Very inconvenient.
I've done business at a lot of US Bank branches over the years, but the Prairie Village branch is without question the best I've dealt with. The branch staff has been helpful and patient with us every time we've walked in. Special kudos to Jake, who is amazing to work with.
