I deposited a work check with them, but it was on hold for two weeks, making it difficult for me to pay my bills. I tried calling multiple days in a row, but none of the calls were answered. Even when I went in person, they couldn’t provide me with an explanation for why my money was being held up. However, when I deposit my check online or through another US bank, I receive it very quickly. This is a very disappointing branch.

Today 02/04/26 at @ 12:43 PM there were 2 people working a gentleman with brown hair and some big woman with blonde hair- he was on the left and she was on the right from my perspective. The gentleman was so incredibly kind and helpful! We chose to go to him because the day prior, the big woman was so rude it was ridiculous. Spent the last month trying to get an unfair fee waived. Tried making appointments with bankers that were consistently missed. Every time I tried speaking to someone on the phone, I would get redirected into oblivion. No one takes notes, no one follows up on what they said they would do. I had to repeat my issue many times. I went to this branch to deposit some money into my account. When I got home, I looked at the deposit receipt and they quite literally deposited by money into another person's account, and because it was on a weekend, they could do nothing about it but tell me "sorry wait until monday." This caused massive problems in my personal life over the weekend and it severely hurt my ability to get some things done. Do NOT go to this branch for any reason, it is absurd this was even a possibility.
