Spent the last month trying to get an unfair fee waived. Tried making appointments with bankers that were consistently missed. Every time I tried speaking to someone on the phone, I would get redirected into oblivion. No one takes notes, no one follows up on what they said they would do. I had to repeat my issue many times. I went to this branch to deposit some money into my account. When I got home, I looked at the deposit receipt and they quite literally deposited by money into another person's account, and because it was on a weekend, they could do nothing about it but tell me "sorry wait until monday." This caused massive problems in my personal life over the weekend and it severely hurt my ability to get some things done. Do NOT go to this branch for any reason, it is absurd this was even a possibility.
Casey Baker was incredibly responsive and thorough while helping us set up our business accounts. His follow-up was excellent, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him!

The reviews are correct. Used atm it errored out, took money from my account and didn’t give me cash. Went inside they told me nothing they can do. It took 2 weeks for me to get my money back…it caused a huge up roar in my life as I couldn’t buy diapers & they were less than sympathetic. I’ve been with this bank for over 10 years and now I’m done. This is crazy.
