The reviews are correct. Used atm it errored out, took money from my account and didn’t give me cash. Went inside they told me nothing they can do. It took 2 weeks for me to get my money back…it caused a huge up roar in my life as I couldn’t buy diapers & they were less than sympathetic. I’ve been with this bank for over 10 years and now I’m done. This is crazy.
I am the treasurer for a non-profit that uses this bank. It has taken them about 2 months (and counting) to transfer the account over from the previous treasurer to me. This is with repeated calls and emails to remind them to get it switched over. It took so long that I ended up taking a ~$400 expense on my personal card. I will get reimbursed for this when they finally put me on the account but that is still just unbelievable and hindering our ability to operate the organization.
