Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
Where is my money? My husband and I have been commercial realestate customers with US Bank for over 15 years. In December, it was time for us to refinance our commercial mortgage. What a joke. First they tried to pressure us to move all of our financial accounts over to US Bank or we would be punished by a higher interest rate.
