Where is my money? My husband and I have been commercial realestate customers with US Bank for over 15 years. In December, it was time for us to refinance our commercial mortgage. What a joke. Branch manager very helpful & had great advice .
After depositing my money, the teller asked if I wanted to switch to a credit card with a "cash-back" option. I replied, "no thanks," but the teller continued to try to persuade me. "Don't you like free money?" How insulting. Another employee, I'm assuming the manager, joined in the conversation. I spent way too much time trying to convince them that I didn't want a different card. I remained pleasant, but the teller was visibly flustered/upset that she was not able to convince me.
