Really poor branch management, long wait lines at counter, employee on phone at counter for over 25 minutes smiling while 8 customers waited in line. Been a customer for over 20 years, but US bank customer service and support has deteriorated significantly. Paul, manager at Fairview Heights branch, was not only rude but incompetent.
It's absolutely ridiculous. If you need to use the atm , avoid this location. They have two of them, and they are both trash and should be tossed completely away. The fact that the parking lot is super dark at night , you can only sense danger lurking, and they have the audacity to not have at least one working atm. This location needs to do better ! This is just another inconvenience to US bank customers/clients.
