The bank staff is nice and kind but at this point what’s the point of having a bank this size with only one person working the window AND the teller desk. Sweet older lady but let’s be honest everything is so SLOW!!! Should never take 35min to make a simple deposit. Yes I could have went to the ATM but I don’t trust that amount of money in the hands of a machine especially when the atm at this location has eaten my debit card TWICE!!! Either need more staff or just close this branch down.
I love shopping and patronizing in Park Forest. The reality is this location just doesn’t have the staff. They are extremely slow. You need to prepare yourself for 30-60 minute visit. Kind black women but the experience is always slow. No matter the time of day the experience is never quick.
I have been there twice to get documents notarized. Both times, there was no one with the notary stamp.
Went to this branch to open a CD for me and a CD and checking for my son. Joe, the banker was very nice and helpful. He was very thorough in explaining about the accounts and was taking his time to make sure we understood. No appointment was necessary and I did not have to wait to be seen. The other employees were also cordial.
