St Charles location has only one teller most of the time. Painfully slow service.
Went in 05/13/25 and the service is just painfully slow. There was only 1 car ahead of me and then 2 other pulled up on the other isles after and one of them left before the car ahead of me was even done. Last time I went inside and they told me for faster service to use the drive through lanes. I was sitting in line for over 25 minutes. Walked in on 5-2 to break change for a deposit for my business account. Teller told me only bankers help the lobby while all of the bankers stood around chatting. I’ve banked with Huntington , and chase they have never made someone sit around while a teller just stares out the window
