Awful branch. Homeless person body blocks the entrance. Bank branch says they will open 20 minutes after opening. Failure of a bank, can see why they are closing this location.
Went here this morning to make a deposit in person. Saw on the door, this location is closing as of January 6, 2025. I liked this location as it was convenient and close to my work and home. Sad to see it go. Now I have to go farther.
I withdrew $500 from an ATM on October 24, 2024 the money didNOTdisperse. The ATMis located at the branch on Appleton Ave, Menimonee Falls, I went into the bank and was told there was nothing they could do and I had to call the number on the card, which was NOT helpful. I was told I had to wait until the money posted to the account, called on 10/25 and then told this should have been handled differently, like the same day I called.
