Nathan helped me change my accounts to Smart checking and Savings, explaining all the benefits very well. Extreeeeemely knowledgeable about all variations of accounts, including Money Market options. And I needed something notarized too, so i was able to get everything done in one stop
I would give them a big negative but I had to give them one star I’m going recommend any other bank but them and tell hundred of my friends about the rude and no customer service

Gavin was an awesome teller omg haven’t experienced customer service this good in a long time. I went to the drive thru which was down for cash deposit then I went to the walk up ATM Where I was met with Gavin’s great customer service who told me that ATM was also down and that he can take care of me inside once inside I realize I left my card in the drive-through ATM. Gavin ROCKS. I'm a new account holder who'd switched from another bank that I had an issue with. Gavin fixed my problem instantly and really showed he cared about the resolution and service he was providing, all while being so pleasant to work with. Shoutout to GAVIN JOHNSON!!!!!
