We have used this bank for about 10 years, and they make us feel like an old fashioned, small town bank that knows our whole family and takes great care of our banking needs.
Every time we come here, everyone is very nice here.
I came here last month because I had to deposit a check that had both my name and my wife’s name. I had a short break and then I had to get to work, and my wife was running late. I had Mary Yoesel as a teller, and she was able to do everything that she needed from me, so that when my wife came in, she could immediately do her part in order to finish the transaction. The check was deposited and I was able to get back to work on time. Thanks Mary!
Rudest most unprofessional ‘banker’ I’ve ever encountered. This is my local branch where I’ve had five accounts for 30 years. Tried going into the branch to speak to a live human being after trying to resolve a USBank screwup in an account that I’d been contacting them for 42 days about. Experience was horrible - said they couldn’t help, didn’t try at all, he interrupted me constantly trying to mansplain the issue. Will be moving all our accounts.
I have been with US Bank, one name or another and one branch or another since 1985. These people are very nice and respectful.
