I deposited a $2000 check to help with my husband’s funeral cost . This bank machine blurred one of the numbers . The family members would not resend the check. I LOST $2000 I needed for funeral expenses. I have since closed my account. They didn’t even Apologize for their mistake.

Completely rude counter (gentlemen). And “I can’t exchange your money because I have to have extra bills on hand for other customers”. A bank…that can’t give out $1 bills (for tips on trips)?? Well, that answered my “I wonder if I need to switch banks” question. Rude and inept…avoid.
