I opened an account here based on a promotion by U.S. Bank. Months later and I have still not received the promotional bonus despite meeting all of the requirements. I have gone into this branch 3 times to try to get this sorted out and nothing was done. I was promised they would call me back which they never did. I try to call them on the phone and cannot reach them. I have had a few negative experiences at this San Carlos location, but this last one did not sit right with me. I had gone in to deposit a check, and the teller proceeded to make sarcastic comments about my balance in my account. When handed my receipt after finally depositing the check, he chucked at my previous balance. Not only that, but he ANNOUNCED my balance for before and after OUT LOUD.
