海外で現金が必要になって利用したけど、無事に引き出しできて安心したよ。特にカウンターのスタッフの対応が丁寧で、手続きも分かりやすく説明してくれたから初めてでも不安なく使えた感じ。大きな銀行だからかセキュリティ面もしっかりしていて、落ち着いた雰囲気で手続きできるのも良かった。海外だとこういう基本的な金融サービスがちゃんと使えるか不安になるけど、ここはスムーズに対応してもらえて助かった。現金が必要なときの安心できる選択肢として覚えておくと便利だと思うよ。

It’s an excellent branch that I would recommend Signal Hill residents to use.
Gets 2/5 stars because that's how often the ATM works here. There is only one inside and and if it isn't working and there is a line inside, be prepared for the tellers to just have casual conversations and the bankers to walk in and out and not jump in while the line goes all the way to the door. This branch alone is making me consider changing banks and there aren't many locations in the area so I end up going to the branch when I'm visiting my parents in Orange County to avoid this place.
