Gets 2/5 stars because that's how often the ATM works here. There is only one inside and and if it isn't working and there is a line inside, be prepared for the tellers to just have casual conversations and the bankers to walk in and out and not jump in while the line goes all the way to the door. This branch alone is making me consider changing banks and there aren't many locations in the area so I end up going to the branch when I'm visiting my parents in Orange County to avoid this place.
Less conversations with customers more business. Never enough tellers for the amount of ppl
I've been there several times. It's small and fairly quick.
The entrance is a bit cluttered due to the narrow parking lot where the only ATM is at but customer service here has been great for the last year I've been going... -Recommendable in my book... Had a very bad experience here. Left feeling awful. I have been with this bank for over 20 years before it was US bank. I have never been so upset during any process! It should have been a pleasant experience. I'm always bragging about my bank and brought someone with me. He is struggling with health issues and considering opening an account.
