Disappointed by U.S. Bank's Unjustified Account Closures Personal Finance & Business Finance I have been a loyal customer of U.S. Bank for over 15 years, entrusting them with both my personal and business accounts, as well as credit cards. They go above and beyond with customer service and supplying the documents requested for other banks needed.
One of the worst branches around! I opened an account with US Bank a couple of months ago. The first time I went to use the ATM, it was broken. When I went inside to make a simple withdrawal, there were 8 people in line, 2 tellers, and all other employees were sitting at their desks playing on their phones. When I finally got to the counter, the employee informed me that "the ATM is always on the fritz" and to not even bother stopping by to use it. I wish I could give 1 star. Super racist, turned away from cashing a check with a super weak excuse to deny me service, wouldn’t even let me see a branch manager. These injustices should not be tolerated!
