Have found the team of Geoff Thoren, Maribeth Bennish and Agnes Witkowski to be excellent! They helped me understand the construction loan process for a my new home, assisted me in the steps and followed up in a very professional and trustworthy manner.
Please do not use this guy to close on your home. Right after we closed, he called us saying that we would have to reverse the closing as he didn't get all the right papers signed. My lawyers thankfully gave him a strict warning to leave us alone. Fast forward 5 years - Another person in our neighborhood recently used him to close on their home by recommendation of the same builder.
