Immediately when I got on the phone I could tell he was going to treat me differently because I was black and not Hispanic. Very rude, disrespectful and some of the things he stated to me was unprofessional regarding loan and if I could pay for it or trying to have money in my pockets. Do not patronize him. I’m also reporting him to the state and the city is actually referring him to people who really need help.
