HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!.. Angela has been the absolute worse loan officer I have ever worked with. The lack of communication on her end is horrible. I am now 3 days shy of being 3 weeks past the original closing date and she had dropped the ball tremendously. She promised a buyer down payment assistance then TWO DAYS before closing (3/18/22) she was told she didn’t qualify for assistance program.
