I scheduled a phone appointment with the current branch manager for 9:00 am today. The appointment never happened. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I scheduled a phone appointment with a US Bank clerk/teller, only fot the appointment to fall through. I have no idea if there's a problem with the US Bank website regarding this issue.
