Customer service can be very hit or miss. Some staff are very wonderful. But I've started to dread my errand to drop a business deposit here due to the poor experience of feeling like I am bothering the manager each time I have to do a deposit with her. I miss the era of kind bankers who don't mind chatting with a person who puts money into and uses a bank which offers the bank staff job security.
