Today i was fraudulently charged a $15.00 preposterous charge. While talking to a banker, Autum at the Wentzville location on 1/23/15 over the telephone around 12:00pm I asked if I transfered money from my savings to checking, would I be charged a withdraw fee of $15.00. She then told me no, so i went forward with the transfer. I then immediately checked my online savings account and I was charged the fee.
