Unfortunately US Bank home mortgage was my employer. What should have taken 60 days to refinance took almost double that. I’ve seen the inner workings of this company and its disarray. Months later I am still receiving checks in different amounts from watchdogs of the mortgage industry stating that they overcharged me. And that was while I was an employee. This amongst other things what is the reason I left.
