I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. We came in hoping to open an account, and even though there were still about 30 minutes before closing and there were no customers inside except us, the teller refused to assist us. We tried to be flexible and suggested a simpler option, adding an authorized user to my father’s existing account, but he was dismissive and unwilling to help in any way. I have used this bank since it use to be Union Bank. Always a welcomed atmosphere and immediate attention to your arrival. Very accommodating hours and days of operation. Quick accurate and secure action to your needs or services. I see no reason to even contemplate changing banks. 🤗🥰😃 Thank you USBank.
US Bank should be avoided at all costs! If you need help from them they will bury you in document and information requests. Only to stall and finally refuse your request. I have personal experience :-(
